The Project Services Unit espouses an inter-unit and multi-functional approach and recognizes the future long-term needs for smooth operation at the project and the company level, being responsible for commercial and contract management, resources (Gulf Construction fleet and workforce) planning, providing engineering & design services, managing plant & fabrication workshops, and asset utilization.
The Project Service Unit (PSU) has been created to support the operations of Gulf Construction and is responsible for providing centralized support to a wide portfolio of key project support services.

Service Department Workshops
Gulf Construction’s service workshops include the Shuwaikh Industrial facility, a carpentry workshop, a waterproofing and coating complex, and scaffolding and formworks installations. These facilities are placed across Kuwait to best support our projects.

Engineering & Design Department
A full-fledged engineering and design office with quality management systems aligned to ISO-9001 & ISO-29001 certifications. It has:
- Delivered major projects in Kuwait, covering various sectors, for over 28 years.
- Been approved by PDK as a design consultant.
- Experienced manpower in the fields of project management, consulting, engineering, procurement and construction.
- Registered as a design and engineering consultant in various sectors, including on the Joint Supplier Registration System (JSRS).
Plant Department
Gulf Construction has a huge fleet of construction machines and vehicles managed and maintained by the Plant Department through a highly experienced team of equipment engineers and technicians. It has:
- Delivered major projects in Kuwait, covering various sectors, for over 25 years.
- Been approved by PDK as a design consultant.
- Experienced manpower in the fields of project management, consulting, engineering, procurement and construction.
- Registered as a design and engineering consultant in various sectors, including on the Joint Supplier Registration System (JSRS).
